Barclays Campus, Glasgow

OVERVIEW

Caltite waterproof concrete has a proven performance record in challenging, water-bearing ground conditions, including its use on Buildings 1–6 of the Barclays Campus in Glasgow.

Constructed in close proximity to the River Clyde, these structures were all designed to achieve BS 8102 Grade 3 protection and relied on Caltite to deliver a durable, fully integral waterproofing solution.

The system provided long-term resistance to hydrostatic pressure, demonstrating its suitability for high-value, below-ground commercial developments.
