Valsir Pexal® system is a multilayer piping solution engineered for potable water, heating, and cooling applications across residential, commercial, public, industrial and laboratory environments. It incorporates a durable five-layer structure consisting of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) inner and outer layers, bonded to a central aluminium alloy core, connected by a high-performance glue, offering excellent mechanical and thermal behaviour.

Pipe construction:

Inner layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb).
Middle layer: Aluminium alloy (oxygen barrier).
Outer layer: Cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb).

Performance characteristics:

High resistance to pressure, corrosion, and temperature variations.
Low thermal expansion and minimal pressure loss.
