Cast stone (wet).
Bespoke applications
Wet cast stone is a highly durable non-combustible facade solution. Significantly faster to produce and detail than traditional stone, wet cast facades can save time and money across a project.
Highly versatile in its appearance each wet cast project is bespoke, individually tailored moulds can create anything from simple profiles through to complex details and seamless curves (consult manufacturer for details and assistance in completing the specification). Design flexibility includes a range of different colours and textured finishes to further customize the final look and feel of any project.
A key advantage of wet cast stone is the ability to add steel reinforcement cased within the mix. This process allows for larger uninterrupted panels sizes and can be structural, load-bearing and self supporting. The addition structural facade elements to your project removes the necessity of supporting lintels or visible steelwork.
In addition to its durability, wet cast products achieve an A1 non-combustible fire rating, making wet cast stone a suitable option for use on high-rise or residential buildings.
Throughout the manufacturing process there are stringent quality check procedures in place. As an extremely dense and robust material, wet cast stone performs excellently in adverse weather conditions and requires minimal maintenance to keep its desired appearance long term.
