Application
Insulated aluminium-faced cladding panel for use in external cladding and façade systems for applications requiring both fire performance and a high-quality architectural finish.
Description
UltraGlaze-NC3 Panels have been tested at Exova Warrington Fire and have achieved a fire classification of A2 s1 d0 in accordance with EN 13501-1. The faces are aluminium (1.2 mm to 3 mm).
Features and benefits:

- Nine-stage chromate pre-treatment. (Chromate free option available)
- Various polyester powder-coated finishes.
- Insulating core of 6 mm A1 non-combustible fibre cement board.
- One-part moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive, 100% solids, spray-applied.
- Vacuum-bonded panel construction.
- Temperature resistance –40°C to +130°C.
- Fire rating Euroclass A2-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009 (Exova Warrington Test WF417193).
- Core material certified A1 non-combustible to EN 13501-1.
- High fire safety and compliance with stringent building regulations.
- Non-combustible core ensures excellent fire protection.
