Application
Primarily for use as a thermal and acoustic insulation layer at spandrel panel locations within glazed curtain wall systems.

- Horizontal and vertical joints
- Mineral wool density 45-100 kg/m3
- A1* or A2-s1,d0 substrate with a minimum density of 525 kg/m³
- Any end use metal substrate melting point equal to or greater than 500°C
Description
A thermal and acoustic insulation slab.
Features and benefits:
- Classified in accordance with BS EN 13501-1:2018 reaction to fire A2-s1, d0.
- Tested in accordance with EN 13823 and EN ISO 1716.
- Foil faced on two sides.
- Thickness ranges from 50–250 mm.
- Slab density range from 45–100 kg/m3.
- Bespoke dimensions available.
- Foil facing reduces fibre migration whilst providing an effective vapour barrier.
- Excellent sound absorption properties.
