Application

Suitable for basements, heavy-duty, commercial, industrial flooring and walls.
BEWI 200, 300 and 200 + have adequate resistance to the loads associated with light maintenance traffic.
BEWI 500 is available for higher loading requirements.
For new build and refurbishment applications.

Description

BEWI Substructure Insulation Boards are manufactured from closed-cell expanded polystyrene (EPS) with low water absorption.

The insulation is a lightweight and easy to install solution. There are no requirements for special PPE when installing or cutting the insulation panels.

Thermal conductivity as low as 0.031 W/m·K.
Resistant to the effects of freeze/ thaw.
High compressive strengths available 200 and 300 grade and 200 +.
