Description

Jabfloor is a closed-cell expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation board for use below slab or over slab with a screed or timber board finish in ground-bearing or suspended concrete floors.

Jabfloor does not degrade when placed in high moisture areas and is resistant to the effects of freeze-thaw. It will remain an effective insulation for the life of the building.

There are no requirements for special PPE when installing or cutting Jabfloor.

Features and benefits:

A range of compressive strengths are available to suit all building types from domestic to industrial, including 70 kPa, 100 kPa, 150 kPa, 200 kPa and 250 kPa (BEWI UK can also offer 300, 350, 400 and 500 kPa).
Approved by BBA as BEWI Floor Insulation certificate number 21/5858 (Grades 70, 100 and 150 only).
NHBC approved.
Jabfloor can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C, making it suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
Ozone depletion potential (ODP) of zero and a global warming potential (GWP) of less than 5.

Jabfloor is supplied as non-flame retardant material as standard.
