Application

Suitable for the protection of steelwork in a range of exposure environments from C1 to C5 as defined in BS EN ISO 12944-2:2017, including buildings, car parks, petrochemical plants, breweries and power stations.

Description

A two-component, multi-functional epoxy zinc phosphate coating for the protection of carbon steel.

Suitable for the protection of steelwork in a range of exposure environments from C1 to C5 as defined in BS EN ISO 12944-2:2017, including buildings, car parks, petrochemical plants, breweries and power stations.

May be used as a high-build intermediate coat as well as the final coat where a low-sheen industrial and functional finish is required.

Drying time

At +15°C: to touch: 1.5 hours; to recoat: 5 hours; to handle: 15 hours.
At +23°C: to touch: 1 hour; to recoat: 3.5 hours; to handle: 7 hours.
At +35°C: to touch: 45 minutes; to recoat: 2 hours; to handle: 4 hours.

Airless spray, conventional spray, brush or roller.
