Multi layer bituminous flat roof waterproofing system with PIR insulation and self adhered bituminous AVCL and base layer on a concrete deck.

A warm roof system with a cap sheet composed of elastomer modified bitumen and a non woven polyester reinforcement. Used as an upper layer within a multi layer waterproofing system. The upper surface is finished with slates and the overlap is protected by a thermofusible film. The lower surface is protected by a thermofusible film. An underlayer with a vapour-pressure and tension dispersion system, composed of elastomer modified bitumen and a composite polyester reinforcement.
PIR insulation faced with a polypropylene fleece finished bitumen glass working surface and a mineral glass facing to the under side and a self adhesive AVCL applied to a primed deck.
