Application
A stringently fire tested and certified metal rainscreen cladding system suitable for new build and refurbishment projects.
Available in multiple materials and finishes, including polyester powder coated aluminium, anodised, pre-coated, perforated and supplied in a range of sizes that can also be customised to meet specific project requirements.
The metal panels can be installed vertically or horizontally and on soffits.
Description
SF40-FR is a fire-rated metal rainscreen cladding panel system with concealed fixings.
This is a cost-effective facade solution to create a wide variety of aesthetic options, using a fully drained and back-ventilated system.
40mm deep cassette panels are overlapped with fixings engineered discreetly within the panel joints.
The SF40-FR system is mounted using standardised brackets and T or L section rails for ease of installation on site.
The brackets create the insulation / cavity zone as required and transfer the wind and dead loads to the wall.
Colour-matched A2 austenitic stainless-steel fixings are used in the panel recesses to mechanically fix the SF40-FR metal cladding panels to the secondary support system.
SF40-FR can be installed vertically, horizontally or on soffits.
