This is a 30mm interlocking folded metal cladding system which is an ideal solution for schools and other new build and refurbishment applications.
Application
This metal cladding system is suitable for new build and refurbishment projects including schools. It can be installed as vertical, horizontal or diagonal interlocking 600mm wide metal panels and is ideally suited to soffits.
Bespoke solutions can also be engineered using this system to give architects and specifiers an even wider range of facade options for the building envelope.
Description
The Spanwall FP30 folded plank system is a pressed-formed 3mm aluminium interlocking panel which is 30 mm deep.
This cladding product uses a concealed aluminium fixing system with countersunk screws. It can be configured horizontally, vertically and diagonally, creating a wide range of design options and aesthetic solutions.
FP30 is not ventilated at the longitudinal joint. Instead, ventilation should be provided at the base and top of the vertical wall. The interlocking horizontal joint can be supplied as a hairline or up to 30 mm.
The FP30 is fabricated by Spanwall in modules of 150 mm to 600 mm. Bespoke options and sizing are also available on request.
The FP30 can be supplied in lengths up to 4000mm.
