Application

Seldek® Aluminium flashings are used widely for tile or slate roof penetrations, typically for soil pipes, stove pipes, and vent pipes. Suitable for projects where replacement of traditional lead slates is required, and compatible with different roof pitches (0–45°). The aluminium base prevents roof staining and the cone can be trimmed on site for a precise fit.

Description

Seldek® Aluminium is a roof flashing for tile or slate roofs, featuring a high-grade malleable aluminium base with a trimmable EPDM or silicone cone. Designed as an alternative to lead flashings, it provides a fast, economical solution that avoids staining or corrosion.

Seldek® Aluminium Pitched is a specialised flashing variant for use on pitched tile or slate roofs (roof pitches 20–45°). It has a malleable aluminium base and is available with either EPDM or high-temperature silicone cone.
