SafeAccess Abseil Monorail

The SafeAccess Monorail is designed to facilitate facade cleaning and maintenance. It can be installed during the construction or on existing buildings, on facades, ceilings, canopies and rooftops.

The monorail is suitable for providing access to external facades or internal areas such as glazed atriums and living walls.

The SafeAccess monorail has been tested and certified according to European Standards:

• BS 8610:2017.
• BS EN 795:2012.
• BS EN 1808:2015.

• Minimum building fabric penetration with 3000 mm centres.
• Compatible with travelling ladders, travelling gantries, cradles, suspended platforms, roof car systems, mobile davit arms, rope climber systems.
• Standard bracket suitable for mounting to structural systems including concrete and steelwork.
• Brackets enable the monorail to be mounted externally to the facade; to the inside of a parapet or upstand; to the top of a concrete or steel plinth or fixed overhead to suitable structure.
• Bespoke brackets options available to suit the requirements of a project.
• Can be formed to the perimeter shape of a building with minimum radiuses of 600 mm.
• Inclines of up to 70° can be achieved with the use of the NAV 6 motorized climbing trolley.
• The rail can also be powder coated to any RAL to match a desired colour scheme.
• SafeAccess is compatible with a variety of different trolleys to facilitate various methods of access including manual, rope driven and motorized trolleys.
• The motorized trolleys can be powered traditionally via mains connection or by using a rechargeable battery system.
