RiserSafe® Solo Plus is a low-cost modular riser flooring system for repetitive floor slab penetrations ranging from 200 x 200 mm to 400 x 800 mm to take between one and three M&E services.

Manufacturer guidanceAmbar Kelly provides coordinated drawings at scales suitable for review, coordination, and fabrication. Drawings are compliant with Common Data Environment (CDE) naming conventions. Ambar Kelly coordinates directly with Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors, incorporating their RVT/IFC models. Ambar Kelly provides an Autodesk Revit tool (templates, families, or plugins as required) for the modular riser flooring unit to the design team, enabling them to design interface details with structural elements, MEP services, and fire compartmentation requirements (both horizontal and vertical). |
