Description

The Rapidor Pharma is tested by Fraunhofer for suitability in cleanrooms up to ISO5 specification. This makes it a very popular choice for cleanrooms where segregation is required for hygiene or pressure control. In order to meet clean room standards the door can be supplied with a grade 1.4301 or 1.4401 stainless steel frame. Alternatively, a powder-coated finish to a range of colours is available.

For maximum hygienic performance, the motor is integrated into the top hood of the door, giving a neat, compact appearance. The doors are tested at 50 Pa for air permeability and are designed to open and close at pressure differences of less than 50 Pa. From the frame side, the door will perform to Class 3 as defined by EN 12425 and from the opposite side it will conform to Class 2. Additionally, a patented HRS magnetic seal can be added to the door to offer Class 5 air permeability.

The industry-leading door-opening speed of 2.5 m/s enables maximum productivity and improves hygiene. All doors have an innovative self-repairing system which allows the curtain to automatically re-insert itself following an impact, helping to greatly reduce ongoing costs.
