EuroClad are an international supplier of architectural metal building solutions to the construction industry. 

We manufacture highly engineered building envelope products including roof and wall cladding systems, insulated sandwich panels and architectural flashings and fabrications.

Fire Performance

Rainspan panels offer a Euroclass A2-s1, d0 Reaction to Fire when tested and classified to BS EN 13501-1:2018.

Rainspan can also offer fire resistance performances from 60 minutes up to 4 hours Insulation and Integrity (to BS EN 1364-1:2015) depending on thicknesses and orientation. Specific performance information should be verified by our technical team on a project-by-project basis, to the correct standards.

Rainspan combines the benefits of a sandwich panel with the ability of the customer to specify and face-fix marketplace rainscreen options in an array of colours, textures and materials.

Features and benefits:

• Length: 1800–12 500 mm.
• Lengths subject to verification for fire/ structural performance.
• Width: 1200 mm (UK and Mainland Europe).
• 1100 mm maximum width for export using shipping containers.
• Through-fix joint detail to minimise construction time.
• Compatible with any technically verified rainscreen system.
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
• 0.7 mm external steel face, in a range of coatings and colours.
• 0.7 mm internal steel face, in a range of coatings and colours.
• 115 kg/m³ density stone wool core.
• CE-marked to EN 14509:2013.
