Non-combustible angle fillets for use at changes in angle from flat to vertical at waterproofing upstands/ abutments.
Application
Angle Fillets provide a 45° angle to support the waterproofing membrane/ system at all 90° vertical abutments.
ProTherm Angle Fillets (Mineral Wool) can be used in similar circumstances and may be compatible with the roofing system - consult with Radmat for technical advice.
Description
The triangular profile of ProTherm FOAMGLAS® non-combustible Euroclass A1 cellular glass foam insulation is constructed from FOAMGLAS® T4+ un-faced boards.
Provided in 450 mm lengths and to a height of 50, 100 or 150 mm.
They are to be bonded to the top layer of FOAMGLAS® insulation in a built-up warm roof application or bonded directly to the substrate where required on a cold roof application.
Bonding can be with PC®58 cold-bonding adhesive or EshaPur 95/25 Oxidised Bitumen for hot-applied applications. Where Radmat PermaQuik PQ6100 Hot Melt is the waterproofing system specified, the ProTherm FOAMGLAS® Angle Fillets can also be bonded into a base layer of PermaQuik Hot Melt.
