The Powershield Isolare range delivers bespoke steel framed solutions for fully glazed doors and screens.

Ideal for both internal and external applications the system offers solutions for external doorways, entrance or foyer screens, internal dividing walls or doors.
Frames to doors and screens are typically supplied as a fully welded construction with seamless connections at each intersection ensuring a high quality, clean, smooth finish.
The profile system facilitates a wide range of compliant thermal and fire glass types to be used, including single and double glazed units of up to 46mm thick. Glass is secured with unique design clip-on beads.

Fixing: Fixing of frames can be achieved in several ways. Typical fixings include woodscrews, plug and screw combinations, expanding anchors, machine screws/bolts and chemical fix. |
Product Options | Material: - Finish: Powershield Isolare doors and screens are manufactured from pre-galvanised steel profiles and finished with a factory applied polyester powder coated paint to a wide range of coloursAlternatively, these can be manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel and supplied with a range of polished finishes. - Steel: Profiles are supplied pre-galvanized (GV-GC yellow chromated) finish. - Stainless Steel: Profiles are available in mill finish to 1.4301 (304) standard. Profiles can have a polished finish to various requirements. Stainless steel has been fire assessed for EI30 or EI60 applications only. Panels: Various constructed panel variations can be incorporated with this system and these can be made from steel faced two panel trays, flat steel/plastic sheets or timber panels. - Doors: Powershield Isolare doors and screens are manufactured from specialist rolled steel sections which have a unique thermally broken feature. Manufactured from steel or stainless steel they are 100% recyclable and offer unrivalled thermal and fire performance with low u-values and up to EI90 available on doors and EI120 in a variety of fixed screen configurations. The stainless steel options offers up to EI60 applications only. Accessories: Can be used in a multitude of applications, various types of accessories can be used. For example, electric lockstrikes or magnetic locks can be easily fitted for security applications or full door entry solutions with automatic detection and opening. |
