Platform Floor - Acoustic Floating Floor

Platform Floor is an acoustic floating floor product. It is primarily used in concrete and timber floor systems to achieve Approved Document Part E compliance, but can also be used in general soundproofing applications. It is also a Robust Detail compliant Floating Floor Treatment (FFT 5) and can be used as the main acoustic component of the Robust Detail E-FC- 1 and E-FC-2 constructions.

Platform Floor is available in three variants:

• PF21: 18 mm P5 T&G chipboard with 3 mm isorubber bonded to the underside.
• PF25: 18 mm P5 T&G chipboard with 7 mm low compression acoustic layer bonded to the underside.
• PF30: 18 mm P5 T&G chipboard with 12 mm low compression acoustic layer bonded to the underside.
