Application
For one coat and traditional renders.
Application Steps:
- Add MONACCEL PLUS directly to the mixing water and mix with the render. Replace 0.2 L - 0.3 L of water volume for mixing a 25 kg or 30 kg bag, with 0.2 L - 0.3 L of MONACCEL PLUS, mixing the water and MONACCEL PLUS together first before mixing with the render.
- When MONACCEL PLUS is used, always add the same amount to all mixes used on the project and ensure that a whole facade is coated as there is likely to be a colour shade difference should the MONACCEL PLUS only be used in part of the facade mix.
- Avoid adding more than the stated quantities as this may affect the finish, performance and colour of the render.
- For guidance only, the setting time advantage when used at the recommended dosage rate is between 1½ to 2 hours at +5 °C.
Description
A accelerator admixture used to reduce the waiting time before being able to commence the finishing process and in particular the scraping process for the Parex range of one-coat renders.
Suitable for:
Specific accelerator for Parex one-coat renders.
Mixing:
1–2 L per 6 x 30 kg bags of Parex render. Note that an excessive mixing ratio may be detrimental to the application and overall appearance of the finished render.
