Ventilated facade system.
Suitable for ventilated façades in new and refurbishment projects with the following cladding materials:
The ventilated façade two layers system consists of a specially designed bracket (MFT-S2S U/UI), and vertical/ horizontal aluminium profiles (MFT-S2S TT) for vertical substructure.
The brackets include different hole geometries in the base plate (for installing anchors or screws). When needed, the flexible point brackets, MFT-S2S U/UI, are used in order to fix the vertical profiles, holding up the wind loads and allowing the thermal expansion of the profile. The brackets can be supplied with (pre-installed) or without isolators. The vertical profiles are connected to the support brackets with specially designed screws for ventilated façade, S-AD, which avoids creating compressing forces from the profile against the wall brackets and keeps the profile connected by the support bracket in place.
