MFT-FOX VT-2L-SZ-20

The ventilated façade two layers system consists of vertical/ horizontal aluminium profiles and thermal bridge-free brackets (MFT-FOX VT). The system is specifically designed for vertical/ horizontal substructures with the horizontal system profiles for fastening aluminium composite panel (ACM) cassettes in ventilated façades.

The brackets are designed with both fixed and flexible point to allow for thermal expansion of the profile. The vertical profiles are fastened to the brackets with specially design stainless steel screws S-AD, to allow movement of the profiles relative to the wall brackets due to flexible points and to keep the profile connected to the wall brackets due to the fixed points. The horizontal profiles (Start, Sand Z) are fastened to the vertical substructure with stainless steel screws. The system profiles allow the cassettes to be fastened with a shadow gap.
