Metal Riser Door with Beaded Frame – R57 Range - Access Panels, Riser Doors

A robust metal riser door designed to provide secure and durable access to concealed building services within wall constructions where regular maintenance is required. The unit features a 25 mm beaded frame for plaster finish integration and is supplied with the RapidFit® hinge system for efficient installation.

The single‑door panel is supplied in a powder‑coated finish (RAL 9010, 30 % gloss) as standard. A three‑point locking system is provided as standard, with additional lock options available on request.

Available in non‑fire rated, acoustic and airtight variants, the range supports a variety of performance requirements for wall‑mounted riser access.

Acoustic and airtight versions:

• Acoustic rated up to 33 dB tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010. Smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004.
• Air pressure tested to Class 2 tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004.

Installation

• Designed for installation into wall systems to provide access to hidden services.
• Ensure structural opening is sized in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
• Fit prior to final plaster finishes where applicable.
• Installation to be carried out in accordance with manufacturer instructions (available on request).
