Application

Provide plasterboard‑faced access panels with beaded frame manufactured by Rapid Access Ltd.

Panels to incorporate FlipFix fixing device, plasterboard door, budget lock and powder coated finish RAL 9010. Panels to be suitable for plasterboard wall and ceiling applications, with fire rating as specified.

Description

A dual‑purpose access panel designed to provide inspection and maintenance access to concealed services within plasterboard walls and ceilings.

The FlipFix plasterboard panel features a beaded frame for tape and jointing/skim coat finishes and a plasterboard‑faced door that can be plastered flush with surrounding surfaces.

Fitted with the patented FlipFix fixing device for rapid installation directly into plasterboard without additional framing, the panel is supplied with a budget lock as standard (other lock options available).

Panels are finished in powder coated RAL 9010 (30 % gloss) with bespoke colour options on request.

Available as non‑fire rated and one‑hour fire rated variants to suit project requirements.
