Application

Norwood maintenance walk on ceiling is suitable for a range of applications, including cleanrooms, laboratories and other controlled environments for pharmaceutical, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, education, automotive, data centres, semiconductors and commercial sectors.

Description

A fully demountable walk-on ceiling, offering up to 7500 mm spans unsupported, consisting of either an aluminium or cardboard honeycomb core depending on the client’s specification.

Features and benefits:

  • The Mediceil system is designed to be supported by the Norwood Mediline partition walls or manufactured angle brackets, therefore not requiring supports from the housing structure.
  • Should spans be greater than 7500 mm, concealed support brackets can be installed with an M10 threaded rod allowing unlimited spans.
  • The concealed support bracket maintains a flush sealed finish from below.
  • The product can be tailored to suit individual requirements with panel widths manufactured to bespoke module sizes, 1000 mm modules being Norwood’s standard.
  • All panels are finished in a vinyl coating bonded to a galvanised substrate, available in various colours. The module width, span and thickness are bespoke to each project and customer requirements.
  • All components are pre-fabricated which provides numerous benefits, including faster installation and reduced safety risks.
