Application

Suitable for use up and onto obstructions and typically used on roof tops and in plant rooms. It provides simple access solutions to complex access issues, including how to get over mechanical and electrical services; ducting, pipework, cable trays and parapet walls without compromising the health and safety of the worker. 

Description

Ascent™ step units are typically 800 mm wide complete with a handrail to both sides. They can be provided in both galvanized mild steel and aluminium with a mill finish or powder-coated to your requirements. The step units can be both free-standing supported on non-penetrative rubber feet or affixed to the structure of the building. The walking surface is free-draining and anti-slip.


Investment in both research and development has enabled the creation of a step system manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834-2:2005 and BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 & 2:2008 and CE marked. This has produced an accurately manufactured product which is both easy to specify and install.
