Application

Suitable for hygienic applications such as:

  • Kitchens.
  • Bathrooms.
  • Gymnasiums.
  • Dental practices.
  • Hospitals.
  • All hygienic and hard wearing applications.

Suitable substrates include:

  • 12.5 mm thick plasterboard.
  • OSB Board 12 mm.
  • Minimum 9 mm W.P.B resin bonded to substrate.

(PVA sealer not generally required).


All these surfaces will require PVA sealer coat by others unless specified otherwise:

  • Good quality fair faced brick or block work. Well aligned joints bagged up flush.
  • Straight to within 3 mm over a 2 m straight edge and bricks/ blocks flush with one's adjacent.
  • Sand and cement rendering 1:3 to a steel trowel finish.
  • Ceramic tiles which are securely bonded to substrate. (No responsibility is accepted for any subsequent delamination of tiles from the substrate).
  • Certain sound painted surfaces (an adhesive test is advisable to ascertain compatibility).
  • Pre-cast concrete walls (must have PVA sealer coat).
  • Plastered surfaces (subject to survey by Installer to confirm suitability).

NB: Pink lightweight plasters are generally not suitable.

Painted surfaces will require a 'key' to avoid delaminating of paint from substrate.

ImpactPRO Satins 2.5mm hygienic cladding solid PVC sheet. 2.5mm for uneven walls with imperfections, for example covering over tiles which have been removed or uneven brick/blockwork.
