Description

A range of GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) high-performance concrete wall panels that are suitable for both interior walls and exterior facades, making them ideal for a wide variety of commercial environments, including showrooms, offices, retail spaces, hospitality venues, and educational institutions.

The panels are made in the UK, ensuring a low environmental impact by using locally sourced raw materials. Living Concrete is committed to sustainability, as demonstrated by our Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) certifications. These certifications underscore our dedication to environmentally responsible practices.

Due to concrete’s fire resistance, our concrete panels have an A1 fire rating. This means they are classified as non-combustible and make no contribution to the spread of fire.

Designed for longevity, all Living Concrete GRC wall panels are manufactured with high-quality materials, available in a variety of colours and finishes, tailored to suit any architectural or design requirement.

Each panel has high mechanical resistance, low water absorption, frost-resistance and is lightweight. Can be pre-cast in larger sizes and shapes than standard concrete.

Features and benefits:

  • More lightweight than conventional concrete.
  • Easily cuts to size, making installation quick and efficient.
  • Strong and durable.
  • Easy to clean and maintain.
  • Fully recyclable, and manufactured from natural materials.
  • Good thermal conductivity.
  • Covers existing surfaces.
  • Available in bespoke sizes and finishes.
  • Provides an alternative to poured, polished concrete.
  • CE marked.

Recommended adhesives/ fixings:

  • For wall installation: Polyurethane/ epoxy adhesive or mechanical fixings/ metal and concrete caps.
  • POLIFAN PU K14 (matt, satin, gloss).

Recommended surface protection:

  • Hydrophobic sealer (satin).
  • POLIFAN PU K14 (matt, satin, gloss).
