Application

Suitable for installation in Protan Green and Protan Protected roofing systems in warm, cold and inverted roof constructions.
Used for new-build and refurbishment projects on flat and pitched roofs, exposed systems, and fully adhered upstands in the Protan Adhered System.

Description

Protan G PVC single-ply membranes are designed for installation in the Protan Green and Protan Protected systems in warm, cold and inverted roof constructions.

Features and benefits:

Manufactured from pliable PVC with a glass fibre carrier.
Contains stabilisers making membranes resistant to both high and low temperatures and UV-stable.
Includes a fungicide for added protection against microbial attack.
Can form details in exposed systems and fully adhered upstands in the Protan Adhered System.
Resistant to root penetration according to FLL approval.
Available in dark grey (RAL 7012) and light grey (RAL 7040).
Durability suggests a life in excess of 30 years.
Can be recycled at the end of their working lives if not contaminated with Protan Bonding Adhesive.

Protan has tested build-ups according to ENV 1187 and provides fire classifications achieving BROOF (t4) on several actual build-ups according to EN 13501-5. Consult manufacturer for details.
