Fire Performance

The Firemaster Range of wall and ceiling panels offers a Euroclass A2-s1, d0 Reaction to Fire when tested and classified to BS EN 13501-1:2018.

Firemaster Extra can also offer fire resistance performances from 60 minutes up to 4 hours Insulation and Integrity (to BS EN 1364-1:2015) depending on thicknesses and orientation. Specific performances should be verified by our Technical Team on a project-by-project basis, to the correct standards.

Firemaster

The Firemaster Range of internal sandwich wall and ceiling panels is suited to the construction of non load-bearing internal partition walls and ceilings. A food-safe laminate option is also available that provides a smooth, anti-static internal surface for cleanroom environments.

The Firemaster Range is available in 1200 mm width as standard with a range of surface profiles - flat, mini-bead or equibead (Firemaster Extra only). Wall panels are available with a V-groove profile for vertical and horizontal installation.

Firemaster Ceiling available for ceiling installation.

Features and benefits:

• Length: 1800–12500 mm.
• Panels <1800 mm long can be supplied subject to an extra charge.
• Lengths subject to verification for fire/structural performance.
• Width: 1200 mm (UK and Mainland Europe).
• 1100 mm maximum width for export using shipping containers.
• Can be installed horizontally or vertically.
• nominal 0.5 mm or 0.7 mm nominal thickness internal steel faces, in white polyester lining.
• 115 kg/m³ density stone wool core .
• CE-marked to EN 14509:2013.
