Description

A mechanically fixed, warm roof system using PVC single ply membrane. The photovoltaic array is attached to the roof with the integrated, UFP watertight fixing system.

Ecoflex FM is a PVC-p single ply synthetic waterproofing membrane. Manufactured including recycled polymers and suitable for use on domestic, commercial and industrial new build/refurbishment roofing projects. Ecoflex membranes are fully reinforced with polyester/glass mesh.

An Ecoflex FM warm roof system includes Air and Vapour Control Layer (AVCL) options, tapered or flat board thermal insulation, and single ply membranes in dark grey and a full range of accessories.

B_ROOF(t4) roof systems in accordance with BS EN 13501-5:2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements.

Guidance for specification option: Hytherm FM PIR insulation board is designed to provide optimum stability and structural integrity in warm roof applications with mechanically-fixed single ply PVC-p on concrete, timber or metal decks. The board comprises a fibre-free, rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) core with aluminium foil composite facing on both sides. Hytherm FM is available in both flat and tapered boards, for use on new roofs, refurbished roofs or for upgrading the thermal performance of existing roofs. Width 1200 mm. Length 2400 mm. Attachment	FM/D Contact adhesive. Guidance for specification option: FM/D Contact Adhesive is a specialist, single-component, fast-track adhesive for bonding PVC membrane to insulation board, deck and upstands. It is also ideal for completing detail work quickly.
