Application

Suitable for use in ballasted, blue roof, green roof and landscaped designs with an SBS modified bitumen protection membrane, XPS insulation and water flow reduction layer.

Description

Single pour hot melt inverted waterproofing system on concrete substrate. This system uses the Duoflex Hot Melt system with a cold applied high bond, styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) bituminous primer, a woven fiberglass mesh, SBS modified bitumen with a polyester reinforcement, extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation and a lightweight waterflow reduction layer (WRFL) geotextile loose laid over the XPS insulation.

Features include:

  • Insulation has great compressive strength and energy efficiency.
  • The insulation is also 100% recyclable.
  • Water flow reduction layer contributes to the thermal performance of the roof by retaining the water so it does not penetrate the insulation to the waterproofing layer.
  • Easy to install.
  • BROOF(t4) (Subject to system build up).
  • 30 year system warranty.
