For use on timber-based substrates. No special application method required.

Description

A water-based, solvent-free, high-build coating, which is formulated for use on timber-based substrates, and provides a thick insulating char layer in the event of a fire.

Crown Trade Timonox Upgrade Basecoat is also used to upgrade the fire classification of combustible substrates and previously painted (multi layer) non combustible substrates.

A durable decorative finish is provided by over-coatings with suitable fire tested Crown Trade Timonox finishes only.

Refer to the Product Data Sheet for the appropriate Timonox finish for additional information on the available fire tested systems.
