Application
- Suitable for concrete, aerated concrete and masonry substrates and unreinforced spans up to 1600 mm.
- Permanent fire seal for cables and cable trays, combustible pipes in combination with collars or wraps, non combustible pipes and ductwork dampers (see damper approvals).
Description
Fire resistant gypsum based mortar with thermal insulating and acoustic properties for sealing medium to large sized openings with high strength demands.
Features and benefits:
- Quick setting.
- Expands when set to provide smoke seal.
- Good adhesion to steel, concrete and masonry.
- Easier to install – consistency can be varied for application with a trowel or commercially available pumps
