The Cova SpeedMaster TLS (CSG 10605) Bi-Folding Trackless Gate is the fifth-generation bi-folding gate, engineered and manufactured in the UK to provide a reliable, high-performance vehicular access control solution. This automated gate builds on decades of design evolution, offering enhanced mechanical functionality and architectural flexibility, making it a versatile choice for both security and design-led installations.

The Cova SpeedMaster TLS maintains the core principles of the trackless bi-folding design, requiring no ground or overhead track, which allows for easier installation and lower infrastructure impact. Unlike its predecessor, the Cova SpeedMaster TL, which features a top-mounted chain folding system, the Cova SpeedMaster TLS features a lower-mounted rack and pinion mechanism. This unique adjustment keeps the top rail level, enabling the seamless addition of decorative finials, security toppings like razor wire or power fencing, and preserving aesthetic harmony for installations in heritage buildings or architecturally sensitive environments.

Driven by a powerful motor unit linked to a crank arm assembly, the gate ensures secure locking in both the open and closed positions. The fully welded steel leaf sections and vertical bar infill ensure strength and resistance against forced entry. With an operating speed between 6 and 14 seconds, and a 100% duty cycle rating, the gate is suitable for continuous operation in high-traffic, high-security environments.

Thanks to its trackless functionality and customisation potential, the Cova SpeedMaster TLS Bi-Folding Gate is particularly well-suited to locations where pedestrian and vehicle control are critical, such as airports, schools, dockyards, and data security centres. It is available in a range of RAL colours and can be fitted with safety features and access control systems as required.
