Pre-hung metal concealed frame riser doorset. Steel frame and door leaf with an integral concealed quick-release pivot hinge. Integral factory applied fire stopping between frame and shaft wall.

Application

Designed to conceal unsightly riser doors and service cupboards. Predominantly used where shaft-wall, drywall & masonry construction is used. Can be fitted to either a steel or timber stud wall construction.

Description

Fully pre-hung, concealed riser doorset with steel frame and door leaf. Features an integral concealed quick-release pivot door hinge.

Advantages:

Ready to install, with all ironmongery already fitted.
Can be provided in up to six leaves for wide clear openings, and doesn’t require any intermediate posts.
Fire resistance available of up to two hours.
Can be supplied with a concealed lock.
Can be supplied pre-intumesced (Quench) with integral fire stopping to opening.
50 mm flange for ease of fixing the partition and avoid any cracks appearing on your walls
Accurate adjustable frame as standard
Exposed quick-release pivot handle for ease of removal and hanging.
Can be supplied with fire complaint installation within wall-lining systems (Nulfire)
Frame stop returned underneath for extra rigidity.
