BauderGREEN WB Native Wildflower Blanket

A British grown wildflower vegetation blanket produced on a coir mat. Fully GRO and FLL compliant. Designed to be used with Bauder SUB-BM UK Substrate to establish a native wildflower green roof.

Characteristics of the system

• Ideally suited to native green roofs which are clearly visible and need a high aesthetic or where the quick establishment of vegetation is important.
• Includes 40 of native wildflowers and herbs with less than 10% grass species. RHS Certified perfect for pollinators, Buglife approved.
• 100% biodegradable blanket offers the most effective way to establish a biodiverse roof.
• The SUB-BM biodiverse substrate is a lightweight growing medium for biodiverse green roof planting schemes manufactured to GRO and FLL guidelines and tested to BS8616 (Ideally substrate depths should be 100mm+ to give greater drought resistance).
• DSE 40 is a lightweight water storage and drainage layer made of 100% recycled HDPE.
• FSM 600 is 100% recycled Polyester and polypropylene fibre mix protection layer to prevent mechanical damage to the underlying waterproofing.
• System can be laid on any of the various Bauder waterproofing solutions: Bituminous Membrane, Hot Melt, Single-ply or Cold applied liquid systems.
