  • Suitable for ceilings and walls in all interior areas and protected exterior areas.
  • Suitable for seamless surfaces, up to the maximum permissible size of the mineral substrate or substrate structure.

Description

BASWA Basic is a pressure-stable (limited ball impact resistance), acoustic panel made of expanded glass granulate to reduce reverberation time. The panels are adhered to a mineral substrate and coated seamlessly.

May be used with all BASWA marble surface coat options: Base, Fine, Classic Top and in all colours.

Features and benefits:

  • High surface quality standard.
  • BASWA Basic One: Can be installed within one day for areas of up to approximately 50 m².
  • BASWA Basic Classic Casual: Installation possible without full area scaffolding (mobile scaffolding).
  • Materials harmless to health.
  • High percentage of recycled materials (up to 92%).
  • Very pressure resistant, stable surface.
  • High whiteness/ L-value: up to 92%.
  • BASWA Fill joint filler not required.
  • The systems are installed directly onto all mineral substrates such as concrete, already plastered substrates, drywall systems (GKP, etc.).
  • The glued BASWA Basic acoustic panels can be coated seamlessly, with various end coatings from BASWA Acoustic Coatings.
  • System installations and penetrations without BASWA installation platforms.
  • Comprehensive cleaning and renovation concept.

System properties:

  • Sound absorption up to αw 0,6/ NRC 0.65, Class C.
  • Non-flammable A2-s1, d0 (DIN EN 13501-1).
  • Interior emissions A+ rating for VOCs.
  • Suitable for damp rooms and weather-protected outdoor areas.
  • Fiber and solvent free.
  • Limited ball impact safety according to DIN 18032-3:1197-04.
  • Recyclable.
  • System thickness 30 mm.
  • Two coat system.
