Rainscreen cladding suitable for steel frame systems (SFS), concrete stair cores and flat areas, accommodating landscape and portrait panels. Tested and certified to BS 8414-2:2020.
Application
Aspect is suitable for use as an external rainscreen cladding system on steel frame systems (SFS), concrete frames, pre-cast concrete stair cores and other flat, structurally suitable substrates.
The system can be installed in both horizontal and vertical panel orientations and accommodates landscape, portrait and square cassette formats. It is particularly suited to projects where tolerance within the fixing zone needs to be accommodated and where clean, continuous joint lines are required.
Suitable for new-build and refurbishment applications across commercial, residential, education and healthcare sectors.
Description
Firstly, as a rainscreen system, it must protect the exterior of buildings from the weather. It must also improve thermal performance (reducing heat loss and saving energy), meet fire and combustibility standards, and improve a building’s appearance.
