Application

Designed for jobsites with short lead times. Can be used with underfloor heating.

Description

FD (Faster Drying) technology modifies the internal screed structure speeds up the drying process. Designed for jobsites with short lead times: can be applied at least twice as Gyvlon® ECO screed.


Features and benefits:

  • All of the Gyvlon® screed benefits: no cracking, no curling, no need for joints until 800 m² (300 m² with underfloor heating).
  • Low-skin option.
  • Very high fluidity, for fast installation.
  • No reinforcement or curing membrane required.
  • Minimum SR2 surface finish.
  • Flow: 240 mm (±10 mm).
  • Working time: 180 minutes (from commencement of batching to finish dappling).
  • Productivity: Up to 200 m² per hour or 2000 m² per day. Possible to walk on after 24 hours; generally accepts trades & foot traffic within 48 hours.
  • E2C® technology (Early to Cover) strengthens the screed properties, especially at the surface, increasing adhesion performance, allowing risk free floor covering even at high moisture content (MC), from 1.5% MC for tiles and vinyls.
