Description

Very thin, lightweight, versatile readymix flowing screed solution, thinner alternative to Gyvlon ECO®.

Part of the Gyvlon 'liquid flowing screed' range, developed to offer a minimal thickness of 20 mm (unbonded), 25 mm (rubber-based resilient layer), 30 mm (floating insulation, domestic) or 35 mm (floating insulation, commercial).

Features and benefits:

Up to 60% thickness reduction and 60% lighter when unbonded vs. traditional screed.
Down to 40 kg/m² when unbonded.
Readymix: no site mixing or bag storage required.
Suitable for most floor conditions and all kinds of floor finish.
Very high fluidity for fast installation.
Anhydrite natural stability: no shrinkage, greatly reducing cracking; no curling.
Large bay sizes, up to 800 m².
No reinforcement or curing membrane required.
SR2 surface finish to BS EN 8204-7 achievable.
Environmentally friendly, greatly reduced CO₂ and carbon content.
Flow: 240 mm (±10 mm).
Productivity: Up to 200 m² per hour or 2000 m² per day.
