Description

Very thin, lightweight, versatile readymix flowing screed solution, thinner alternative to Gyvlon ECO®.

Part of the Gyvlon 'liquid flowing screed' range, developed to offer a minimal thickness of 20 mm (unbonded), 25 mm (rubber-based resilient layer), 30 mm (floating insulation, domestic) or 35 mm (floating insulation, commercial).


Features and benefits:

  • Up to 60% thickness reduction and 60% lighter when unbonded vs. traditional screed.
  • Down to 40 kg/m² when unbonded.
  • Readymix: no site mixing or bag storage required.
  • Suitable for most floor conditions and all kinds of floor finish.
  • Very high fluidity for fast installation.
  • Anhydrite natural stability: no shrinkage, greatly reducing cracking; no curling.
  • Large bay sizes, up to 800 m².
  • No reinforcement or curing membrane required.
  • SR2 surface finish to BS EN 8204-7 achievable.
  • Environmentally friendly, greatly reduced CO2 and carbon content.
  • Flow: 240 mm (±10 mm).
  • Productivity: Up to 200 m² per hour or 2000 m² per day.
