Clip-on solid aluminium coping systems are produced using non-combustible material and available in A1 / A2 fire rated finishes.

Aluclad copings system can be supplied in various lengths, shape and finishes from anodized to polyester powder coated in an extensive range of colours, to give a distinct presence to the facade of any project.

Features and benefits:

• Projecting drip detail is a minimum of 30 mm with an overhanging flange face from 80 mm for the minimum appearance.
• Secured to a sealed bracket system spaced at a maximum 1 m.
• Defined by BS 476 part 4, aluminium alloys are non-combustible, part 7 Surface Spread of Flame ‘Class 1’.
• Defined by BS 476 part 6, fire propagation ‘Class 0’.
• Typical 3 mm joint provides consistent look of the finish.
• Copings can be manufactured to various widths to project specific arrangement, all types of corners and returns.
• Compatible with an extensive range of standard and project specific architectural fabrications to suit wide ranging applications.
• Polyester powder coat finishes are guaranteed to BS 6496/12206-1 for up to 30 years or more depending on surrounding environmental conditions.
