The project required a consistent and reliable window specification suitable for a high-use hospitality environment, supporting durability, ventilation and thermal performance, while maintaining a uniform external appearance.

As part of a major refurbishment programme at the Wimbledon Park Estate in London, Adeva Home Improvements installed nearly 3,000 windows and doors across the development. The project formed part of a £2.2 million regeneration scheme delivered by main contractor Mulalley & Company Ltd on behalf of the London Borough of Wandsworth.

As part of refurbishment works at Bradbury House in Glossop, 65 windows were replaced at the town-centre community building.The project required a flush window system to replicate the appearance of the original timber windows, which opened inwards. Conservation requirements stipulated that the replacement windows must maintain a flush aesthetic. OMNIA Tilt & Turn was identified as a suitable solution, aligning with both the functional and visual requirements of the building.
