Through this project, a dynamic education hub is taking shape, with Ark Swift Primary Academy, Harmony Nursery, and the Adult Community Education Centre, all undergoing a revamp. A dedicated youth zone catering to the younger generation is also being developed. This regeneration project also introduces 132 housing units, comprising 55 one-bedroom and 77 two-bedroom apartments, tailored to the needs of local residents and essential workers, including teachers. The transformation extends further with the creation of a public square and pedestrian and cycling routes aimed at reducing travel time and enhancing access to nearby transportation nodes.Stofix products are being used in block C of this project – a 95,000 sq ft office building of the highest grade, complete with terraces, meeting spaces, and a crowning top-floor penthouse. This endeavor paves the way for a brighter, more interconnected community future.

Phase 1b is a partnership between the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Swan Housing Association. Station Square (Phase 1b) delivered 242 new homes built in three blocks – two at 10 storeys and one of 24 storeys, together with commercial space at ground floor level. The development created a link between the Station and the wider Blackwall Reach masterplan to the North. This phase also includes significant public realm improvements with the creation of a new square around Blackwall DLR station.

Due to the fact Stofix was manufactured off-site meant that the limited space was not an issue for us. Our pre-fabricated brick slip cladding panels meant we could ensure product quality and consistency as well as making sure the project ran to schedule.Covid-19 caused numerous issues, from the availability of building materials to labour shortages. Crown Place in Nottingham is a project brought to life through the collaboration of Crown Student Living, Winvic Construction, ECE Westworks Architects, and specialist Stofix installers, Caxton Facades. The project consists of 196 studios and 230 cluster rooms spread across six stories and an inviting internal courtyard featuring a reception, gym, and vibrant social areas. We’re proud to have supported yet another project that champions sustainable urban living and sets a blueprint for modern communities.

Kent Street Baths stands on the heritage-rich site of Birmingham’s first public baths. The project’s primary objective was clear: create an inviting, sustainable, and functional living environment that promotes well-being.Like with all central locations, logistics – including access and materials storage – posed significant challenges. Having had success with Stofix solutions previously, Glen Howells Architects chose to specify our leading system for this exciting project.

Thames Park School was one of the country’s first schools to be built through the Department for Education’s Modern Methods of Construction. Using off site building techniques, the objective was to reduce construction times compared to traditional build and also reduce the carbon footprints of their schools.

Award winning Urbanest Vauxhall is the second tallest clay wall cladding building in the UK. Rising to 32 stories, the tower has 454 student bedrooms and the 31st storey has a ‘common room in the clouds’ where students can study and collaborate surrounded by incredible views of the city.

Ruskin Square (also known as Croydon Gateway) is a project to redevelop a parcel of land between South London’s East Croydon railway station and the existing town centre of Croydon. Ruskin Square is part of the major Croydon Vision 2020 regeneration scheme – a former railway goods yard, which represents the largest single development opportunity in the district. The development comprises of homes, offices, shops and leisure

Stofix has been specified for a number of Department of Education projects, part of the Government’s 10 year school rebuild programme.  The programme sets out to do major rebuilding and refurbishment projects at school and sixth form college buildings across England, with all new buildings to be net zero carbon in operation. Stofix is working with main contractor, Bowmer + Kirkland. West Coventry Academy is one of the first schools to benefit from this funding and the total rebuild of the school will cost £38.4 million. The plans include the construction of a state of the art sports hall and swimming pool, which will also serve the local community.

Woodbridge Academy Ipswich is the third project working with Bowmer + Kirkland and their DofE framework. The new school provides an excellent platform for teaching children with communication & interaction needs.
