CapitaSpring is a 51-storey integrated development in Singapore. This breathtaking 280mskyscraper is the only Grade A office development in Singapore’s prime Raffles Place Central Business District. Construction started back in 2018, and although delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic it was completed in 2021. Its iconic glass facade has redefined Singapore's city skyline. During the build Protectapeel was used to protect approximately 40,000m² of the captivating curtain walling from damage such as scratching, mortar, dust, debris and more!

During the construction of the mixed-use development One Nine Elms, approximately 30,000m² of internal and external glass was protected with Protectapeel. Protectapeel was easily applied to the internal and external glass facade by airless spray gun, it dried to form a tough durable protective barrier which protected the glass from scratching, overspray, mortar, weld spatter and more for 12 months. When required, Protectapeel was easily removed by hand peeling - leaving no residue behind. The glass was as clean and damage-free as when it was installed, allowing for the project to be handed over on time. One Nine Elms blends contemporary architecture with premium materials to deliver an unparalleled living experience. Completed in 2024, One Nine Elms is poised to become one of the tallest residential developments in London, reshaping the skyline with its elegant presence.
