Project Spotlight - Royal Portrush Golf Club using over 1500m2 of eXposa in Golden Barley 01, for The Dunluce course in 2017 & The Valley Course in 2025.The Challenge – Both courses had ongoing issues with the traditional stone paths, which created challenges for golfers and the maintenance teams, with unevenness and obvious signs of wear. Especially for The Open in 2019 and then again, this year with over 278,000 visitors expected, the course had to be in top quality condition.Our Solution – A low maintenance, quick turnaround, quality long lasting decorative concrete path. Exposa in Golden Barley 01 to match the local surroundings. Over 44m3 of Ultrabead, liquid bead insulating screed, supplied to the 1st Autism Centre in Northern Ireland, providing an insulating space without the hassle of cutting and sizing insulating boards, and just being poured directly into the site.

Ultracem, our cement based liquid screed was delivered to this housing development in Holywood. The Ultracem was poured directly from the lorry into the site and over the underfloor heating pipes, ready for the finished flooring to go ontop.

Zircon, polished concrete was supplied to a private dwelling in the colour Pompeii Black with the finish option of cream finish. This finish type allows for the colour of the concrete to shine through and give a modern and sleek look to the dwelling.
