Roché Systems Limited is committed to environmental sustainability and to playing a responsible role in the transition to a low‑carbon future. We are actively working toward Net Zero Carbon across our UK operations by 2050, supported by a structured programme of measurement, reporting and continuous improvement.

As part of this commitment, we have established a comprehensive Carbon Reduction Plan. This plan outlines:

• Our Net Zero commitment for 2050 for all UK operational activities.
• Annual reporting of CO₂e emissions covering the greenhouse gases defined under the Kyoto Protocol, including carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide.
• The environmental management measures we have adopted, including targeted carbon‑reduction initiatives across our operations.
• Our approach to transparency through publication of our Carbon Reduction Plan.

We recognise that the largest share of our carbon footprint arises from the production and distribution of the products we supply. To address this, we have implemented a phased and proactive programme to engage our supply chain:

• By the end of 2026 – Engage with suppliers who do not yet report emissions, supporting them in understanding the importance of contributing to Net Zero goals.
• By the end of 2028 – Begin incorporating the presence or absence of supplier Carbon Reduction Plans into purchasing decisions.
• By 2030 – Use comparative product‑level carbon emissions as a factor in procurement choices.

Through these measures, Roché Systems Limited is embedding sustainability into both our operations and our supply chain, ensuring that environmental responsibility remains central to how we work and who we work with.
