The ELEMENT+ H-I modular timber façade system is based on the proven RAICO THERM+ H-I façade and is ideal for large-scale, time-sensitive projects thanks to its high level of prefabrication and just-in-time assembly. It meets strict ecological and energy efficiency standards, with a slim 50 mm sight-line width and glazing thicknesses from 40–64 mm. Compared to conventional aluminium façades, it reduces aluminium usage by approximately 60%, offering a more sustainable and efficient solution for modern urban architecture.

RAICO’s FRAME+ 100/120 RI rooflight window expands design possibilities with its elegant appearance, passive house certification, and compatibility with THERM+ roof and curtain wall systems. Its innovative THERMORIT insulating bars offer low thermal conductivity and support composite coating and anodising. Available in stepped glass variants—unilateral or full circumferential finish—it allows visible or concealed screw connections for flexible glazing. With three peripheral seal levels and a medial gasket frame, it ensures high tightness and is the first passive house-certified opening element for glass roofs. FRAME+ 100/120 RI-T, with it's timber lining, is a design highlight that is ideally integrated in the THERM+ H-I/H-V timber curtain wall system.

The FRAME+ 75 DI door system fulfils all the requirements of a high-quality entrance door. This series is characterised by short production times and efficient manufacturing. Smooth rebate geometries enable easy cleaning and quick installation of all hardware variants in the rebate clearance. The large internal profile chambers provide space to accommodate all hardware components such as electric strikes.

The innovative FRAME+ system features a modular design with identical interior and exterior aluminium profiles, allowing flexible adaptation to required depths and insulation levels using THERMORIT bars. It offers stepless thermal insulation and integrates efficient insulation zones with components that significantly reduce heat transmission. The system ensures consistent thermal optimization and is available for self-fabrication providing versatility and performance in one solution. FRAME+ 75 is available in single colour, dual colour and anodised finishes.

The FRAME+ 90 WI aluminium window system stands out for its exceptional energy efficiency, earning the “Component Award 2014.” It offers significant savings in both investment and energy costs compared to standard windows. With outstanding thermal insulation—thanks to THERMORIT bars containing 60% innovative material—and glass infill thicknesses up to 80 mm, it delivers top performance. The system's flexible installation options simplify integration into curtain walls. FRAME+ 90 is available in single colour, dual colour, and anodised finishes.

Since 2020, RAICO has used aluminium profiles made from raw materials produced with renewable energy sources like wind, water, and sun. With RLCA®, the carbon footprint is reduced to just 4.0 kg CO₂e per kg—far below the global average of 14.8 kg. RULCA® goes further, achieving only 1.9 kg CO₂e per kg with at least 75% recycled end-of-life aluminium, supporting a circular economy. RAICO ensures transparency through external monitoring and, as a member of A|U|F e.V., actively promotes closed-loop aluminium recycling—offering sustainable solutions without compromising quality.

The THERM+ Aluminium curtain wall stick system offers a highly adaptable and efficient solution for façade construction, combining extensive application possibilities with straightforward planning and manufacturing. Its design ensures high processing reliability through consistent modular technology. A standout feature is the stepless thermal insulation enabled by RAICO’s Insulating Block Technology, which allows for flexible and continuous thermal performance tailored to specific project needs. All profiles within the system are universally suited for use as either mullions or transoms, simplifying logistics, manufacture and installation, while enhancing design flexibility.

The THERM+ timber curtain wall system enables approved glazing technology for structural frames made from engineered timber-based material starting at 50 mm width. Its sustainable design ensures a strict separation between load-bearing timber and functional aluminium components, enhancing durability. Key advantages include stepless thermal insulation via RAICO Insulating Block Technology, two screw-fixed aluminium base profile options, and fast installation—even with magazine-fed electric screwdrivers. Notably, no external components penetrate the timber frame, preserving its integrity.

The THERM+ S-I and FS-I steel façade systems offer a robust mullion-transom curtain wall solution that merges traditional set-on-top construction with modern screw channel integration. With THERM+ FS-I, the pressure profile of the glass façade connects directly to the steel substructure—no welding required—thanks to the integrated screw channel. THERM+ S-I enables the use of standard steel profiles while ensuring optimal corrosion protection, making both systems ideal for durable, flexible, and efficient façade design.
