Ouvane, Sutton, Co, Dublin. The original property on the site of these 3 new wonderful properties, was a 3,500m2 house which was built in the 1960’s. This was sold to MKN Property in 2016. The original building was demolished and its place 3 new homes built, called individually Ouvane, Shoreline and Seascape. The project architect, Fred Wilson of Fred Wilson Architects knew from the outset that metal was to be used for the façade. After some research he quickly decided upon PREFA PREFALZ standing seam in P.10 Anthracite colour. Since he had already come into contact with PREFA products in other projects, he knew about their durability: "The paint lasts longer and we also wanted an environmentally friendly solution," explains the architect. In the Ouvane project, the façade and the windows were to be the same colour – not only to do justice to the overall design composition - ( while the three houses stand out from their architectural surroundings, they merge with the surrounding landscape due to their dark colouring in a view of the coastal section ). Depending on the weather and time of day, the façade takes on different colours – from a cloudy grey to a dark shimmering blue. Each home has gate at the bottom of its garden that leads onto the beach. While there are lots homes in Ireland facing the sea, there are currently fewer than 100 properties that back directly onto the sea. As featured on Grand Designs, Channel 4.This residential house, set within the rolling countryside of Derbyshire, features PREFALZ P.10 Brown on the roof, and FALZONAL New Copper colour on boxed out windows, and elements of the facade.

Dedicated to the memory of John F. Kennedy, whose great-grandfather, Patrick, was born in the nearby village of Dunganstown, this arboretum near New Ross, County Wexford, contains a plant collection of presidential proportions. The Arboretum was established in 1968, following a visit by Kennedy whilst President to the area in 1963, and it covers 252 hectares and contains over 4,500 types of trees and shrubs from all temperate regions of the world. A visitor centre houses engaging exhibitions on JFK and on the Arboretum itself. The original structure at the heart of the Arboretum is a masterclass in timber post and beam construction, although the exposure to weather in the south of Ireland provoked some deterioration in the building fabric and to the original roof. PAC DESIGN STUDIO, Dublin, were appointed by the Office of Public Works to survey and establish a contract for fabric replacement and repairs to this beautiful structure, which were completed in 2021. The original roof was replaced and the new roof now features PREFA PREFALZ P.10 Dark Grey Standing Seam. A & A Quinn Roofing Solutions Ltd, Wexford, carried out the installation of the PREFA PREFALZ to the new roof.

Award winning, purpose built centre opened in August 2021. Won the Edinburgh Architectural Association Large Project Award. Won RICS Scotland Best Public Building award.  Designed by Glasgow based architects Page / Park it takes its inspiration from unique roofscape of towers, dormers, gables and pitched roofs that define the architectural character of Galashiels.

The development consists of the construction of a three storey, split level school building, Pelletstown ETNS (RN 20392I). It will facilitate a 16 classroom primary school with a two classroom Special Needs unit.

The scheme also includes modern communal outdoor gathering areas for residents and a large playground for children.The scheme is situated in the heart of Palmerstown Village which has great transport links to Dublin City Centre and is only a few minutes walk to Waterstown Park.

The Courtyards is an extra care housing scheme in Preston designed by Levitt Bernstein Architects, for Community Gateway Association, a community-led organisation that empowers residents and local people to shape its services and improve their homes. 60 apartments, split into 40 two-bed and 20 one-bed homes, are arranged around two landscaped courtyards and set within existing mature trees, affording all residents a strong connection to nature. A striking black barn sits between the courtyards and features PREFA Rhomboids in P.10 Black colour.

The stunning summerhouse of the Lawlor's Hotel in Naas was clad with PREFALZ in the impressive colour P.10 Patina Green. The special shade of green gives the extension a unique look.

CREW (Creative Enterprise West ) is an initiative which supports the creative digital enterprise sector in the west of Ireland. The CREW building is a purpose-built facility which includes private offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, innovation and event space. The hub hosts a thriving community of members including entrepreneurs, start and scale-up enterprises, SMEs and corporate partners.

Oatlands Manor is a prestigious and exclusive collection of apartments and duplexes located in the heart of Mount Merrion, in South Dublin. The facade is clad in PREFA PREFALZ Standing Seam in P.10 Dark Grey colour.

The owners of Just Hard Metals wanted PREFA for their own offices in Sunderland. The specialists in traditional metal roofing and cladding chose a PREFA Siding.X façade in P.10 anthracite paired with bricks. The quality and aesthetics, as well as the desire for something with a wow effect, were the main driver on this project.
