MINERAL EVOLIGHT ANTIFIRE is a polyester based torch-on capsheet and comprises a revolutionary patented technology, REOXTHENE, to which specific high technology fire retardant agents have been added and guarantees high flexibility at low temperatures, combined with excellent fire resistance. REOXTHENE is an innovative compound which produces weight/thickness parameters previously unheard of in this field. REOXTHENE membranes offer increased bond strength despite requiring less heat activation than conventional membranes, resulting in easier and quicker installation. The underside of MINERAL EVOLIGHT ANTIFIRE is protected by Polyflam a special polyethylene film which melts upon torching.

MINERAL MODIBOND ANTIFIRE is a polyester based torch-on cap sheet, coated with a special compound of distilled bitumen modified with polypropylene and equipped with a particular reinforcement of nonwoven polyester filament, stabilised with longitudinal glass fibre. The special compound, to which specific high technology fire retardant agents have been added, guarantees high flexibility at low temperatures, and excellent fire resistance. The underside of MINERAL MODIBOND ANTIFIRE is protected by Polyflam a special polyethylene film which melts upon torching. The top surface is protected with a uniform layer of slate mineral and has a lateral selvedge for overlapping making application fast and secure. POLYVAP is a range of high performance, aluminium cored vapour control layers (VCLs) coated with a high quality polymer modified bitumen coating. The underside of POLYVAP TT & POLYVAP TS are protected by Polyflam a special polyethylene film which melts upon torching. In the POLYVAP TT version the top surface is also protected by a layer of Polyflam providing a bitumen rich surface. The top surface of POLYVAP TS has a coating of fine sand thereby enabling the use of bitumen or Polyglass polyurethane adhesive to bond insulation to the upper face of the VCL. POLYVAP SA is a self-adhesive membrane manufactured using ADESO ® technology and can be incorporated in to a completely flame free ADESO ® self-adhesive roofing system.

Polyshield TS 4 Mineral is a high performance polyester based torch-on cap sheet, coated with a high quality polymer modified APP bitumen coating. The underside of Polyshield TS 4 Mineral is protected by Polyflam a special polyethylene film which melts upon torching. The top surface is protected by a uniform layer of slate chippings and has a lateral selvedge for overlapping making application fast and secure.

Polymant is an overlay solution for an existing profiled sheet metal roof where the building requires thermal upgrade without incurring the high cost of re-cladding. Designed for refurbishment projects. Polymant is an insulating and waterproofing system achieved by factory laminating a high performance bituminous underlay to expanded polystyrene insulation, cut and shaped to match the profile of the sheet metal roof. A mineral cap sheet of either Modibond Antifire, Evolight Antifire or Polyshield A.A. is then torch applied on site to provide a high performance waterproofing system.
